Eintracht Braunschweig has been one of the founder of the Bundesliga back in 1963.
Their kit displays the colors of the “canton” the club is based from, which is the Duchy of Brunswick.
Eintracht Braunschweig has been the first team in Bundesliga to apply a sponsor on their Jersey.
Funny enough the sponsor was now the global liquor brand “Jagermeister”. This breakthrough would soon spray itself among other clubs in the Bundesliga but also across the borders to become today a Million $ commercial space!
Was Eintracht Braunschweig a pioneer of today’s football Business? Certainly yes!
This work features the kit with the Jagermeister logo on the Jersey as it was back in 1973 and the figures are HW to reproduce a vintage feel.
